Q. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 3-5 BUSINESS days, after order has been processed and packaged.(Processing and shipping can be longer during times of high volume sales.)
Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
Every order/purchase is a final sale and cannot be cancelled or altered.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Exchanges are acceptable for any product that arrives damaged. If your item(s) arrive damaged, you must contact us via email at email@example.com with photos of damaged item(s) within 48 hours delivery. We do not accept any open products for unsanitary reasons.
Q. My item was stolen. How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please follow up with USPS if package is lost.
Q. What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.

We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, please take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery. Please explain what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the case, we will contact you with detailed instructions on our decision and how to return the item(s). We will not accept any returns for reasons other than items being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: All refunds for returns are given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received and the packing slip. Please email those, along with detailed information regarding the issue you are seeking a resolution for to email@example.com.
We take extensive measures to secure our pressed powders during packaging for shipping to make sure they don’t break during the shipping process.
Please perform a skin test prior to applying any of our products to make sure you’re not allergic. Klubhouse Kosmetics is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Use at your own risk. Ingredients are listed under each item.

If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. This is going to keep shipping cost and loss to a minimum and those low costs will benefit you!
